Myths about “circumventing MPU” – What doesn’t work
Getting a driver’s license abroad: An EU driving licence abroad is not recognised in Germany as long as there is an MPU obligation or a blocking period.
Buy MPU / falsify expert opinions: Forgery of documents and bribery are criminal offences with serious consequences – fines and imprisonment are threatened.
Just do nothing and wait: The driver’s license remains permanently suspended. The problem does not solve itself.
